Along the river through nature, historic villages and alpine landscapes
The Toce Cycle Path is one of the most scenic cycling routes in the Lake Maggiore region. Following the course of the Toce River, it connects Fondotoce with Domodossola, passing through protected nature reserves, peaceful woodland, charming villages and spectacular mountain scenery.
The route begins in the Fondotoce Nature Reserve, where reed beds, wetlands and abundant wildlife create one of the most beautiful natural areas around Lake Maggiore. During spring, colourful blooms make this ride even more enjoyable.
